Two lockups, one symbol. Pick by background, not by preference — the light lockup is for dark grounds, the dark lockup for light ones.
SVG and EPS versions are available on request for print, signage, or any use above 1000px — email press@odivend.com and we'll send them the same day. Don't scale up the PNG.
Rules, kept short
××Leave clear space equal to the height of the O on all four sides. Nothing enters that margin — no text, no rule, no other logo, no photograph edge.
20px tall on screen, 8mm tall in print. Below that the wordmark stops being legible and you should use the symbol alone.
Three values, that's the palette
If you're printing, use the CMYK values — never let a printer auto-convert the orange from RGB, it comes out brown.
All three are free for commercial use under the SIL Open Font Licence — download them, or paste the embed below to load the exact weights we use.

Sambit Swarup is the founder of ODIV (Odivend (OPC) Private Limited), an India-based studio that builds AI automation, agent systems, and digital products for businesses that would rather build than hire. He works directly with every client, from the first discovery call through to the system going live.
His focus is the unglamorous half of AI: the workflows, guardrails, and documentation that decide whether an automation still works six months after launch. ODIV ships across nine disciplines — automation, multi-agent systems, WhatsApp and voice, web, apps, rapid prototypes, branding, and strategy — typically going live in 7 to 15 days.
